Just a swinging...

David went swinging for the first time today. He really seemed to enjoy it. The video isn't the best, but you can see how much he likes it.

9 months later

It is amazing how much David has grown in 9 months. The first pictures are of him at 6 days old. The second set are of him at 9 months old in the same shirt.

While Mommy was in the kitchen...

I left David strapped in to his bouncy seat while I went to the kitchen to make more oatmeal for him, this is what I found when I returned.
He had wiggled himself out of the bouncy seat, knocked my glass of red drink onto our cream colored carpet to get the straw that was in my glass. This happened in a matter of 2-3 minutes.

All that playing makes for a very tired little boy.

Grammy gave David a fire truck with a fireman, fire hydrant, & puppy. David thinks the puppy is the best, since it is the smallest thing to put in his mouth. Daddy thought it would be funny to see what the firetruck looked like on David's head.

We were so excited we were able to see Elizabeth (and her Daddy & Mommy, too) this weekend.

David likes to go 4-wheeler riding. We rode around for a while and then Paw-Paw took Mommy and I to count cows. It was a lot of fun.

A very sad and difficult 2 weeks

It has been a very difficult 2 weeks with lose of both of my Grandparents. It gives me great joy to know that they are in heaven together with their Savior and also their baby boy, David Jr. We love them so much and they will be missed greatly.

We are so happy that we were able to meet the newest addition to the family. Elizabeth is beautiful. David can't wait to play with her.
